GIS Spatial Information
In an effort to continuously improve our service and information which is available to the public, VicForests makes spatial data available in two different forms: Interactive Maps and an Open Data Portal.
VicForests will display various Interactive Web Maps which will be available to be viewed by the public. Each Interactive Web Map is intended as a tool, so the public can view different data created or utilised by VicForests, during its forest planning processes. Users can zoom in and out, pan around the map, and identify features on each map.

Open Data Portal:
The GIS portal is intended to provide spatial data for public use. The public will have access to VicForests data which they are able to download data and use in their own GIS applications for further analysis.
