Christopher Lovell joined the VicForests Board on 1 June 2018. Mr Lovell is an experienced professional company director with extensive board experience in legal and marketing sectors.
Mr Lovell is currently a Chair of Holding Redlich, a Director of Clemenger Group, City West Water, Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA), Barnett Foundation Independent Chair and is on the Parkville Stakeholder Reference Group for the Metro Tunnel and the Parkville/North Melbourne and CBD Community Reference Group for the Metro Tunnel.

Therese Ryan joined the VicForests Board in February 2013. With more than 35 years’ experience as a senior business executive and commercial lawyer, Ms Ryan has worked in widely diversified businesses in Australia and overseas.
Ms Ryan is currently Chair of Gippsland Water and a non-executive Director of Bapcor Limited, Sustainable Timber Tasmania, WA Local Superannuation and Independent Member, Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, City of Melbourne.
Dr. David Cochrane

David Cochrane joined the VicForests' Board on 1 January 2016. Dr Cochrane has over 35 years’ experience as an economist and accountant, providing economic, commercial and strategic advice to the public and private sectors.
Dr Cochrane is Deputy Chair of Guide Dogs Victoria, the founding Director of Cloudstreet Economics Pty Ltd, a Director of Phillip Island Nature Parks and a member of the Department of Transport’s Audit, Risk and Integrity Committee.
Angeleen Jenkins

Angeleen Jenkins joined the VicForests' Board on 1 January 2016. Ms Jenkins is an experienced professional company director with a decade of board and committee roles, including eight years of commercial board and committee experience in the Australian and international construction industry.
Greg Sword

Greg Sword joined the VicForests Board on 1 June 2018. Mr Sword co-authored reports on the development and evolution of Australia's union movement and served as Senior Vice President of the ACTU and the National President of the ALP.
Mr Sword is a founding director of Veski and is Trustee of the National Jockeys Trust Caulfield Racecourse Reserve Trust.
Kim McGrath

Kim McGrath joined the VicForests Board on 1 June 2018. A former water policy advisor to the Premier of Victoria, Ms McGrath has over 20 years' experience in researching, strategic advice and policy development.
Ms McGrath is Deputy Chair at South East Water and principal consultant at BKE Consulting.
